Your Order Cancellation Rights

Conditions for Returns
For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The Goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless required by law.

We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service, as We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return transit. Refunds cannot be processed without actual receipt of the Goods or valid proof of delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to You, You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to You.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
